There are a lot of exercises that can help you increase your vertical and speed. Here’s a workout that include a few of my favorites that can help elevate you to the next level!

-Light Deadlifts: 5x5

-Kettlebell Swings: 3x10

-Box Jumps: 3x5

-Weighted Step Ups: 3x5 each side

-Jump Rope: 3x50
